A film extra in Stephen Chow Sing-chi's movies has been found guilty of raping a secondary school student.

Andy Tsang Tak-wah was sentenced to seven and a half years jail by a court in hong Kong on Tuesday, Ming Pao reported.

The 31-year-old actor, nicknamed Sik Yik-Jai (Little Lizard) was charged with raping a 15-year-old girl he met over the Internet at a motel on July 21, last year.

Tsang, who had known the teenager for four days, told her that he could introduce her to the modelling agencies.

He asked her to go to the motel in the pretext of photographing her but raped her instead.

The teenager lodged a police report after that.

Tsang has been involved in acting since he left school upon completing his Form Four. He played the nerdy ex-classmate of actor-director Stephen Chow in The Lucky Guy and The Tricky Master.

He also appeared in Let’s Sing Along (co-starred Anita Mui), 2002, You Shoot I Shoot and Super Model.
