China first lottery and gaming hotel is expected to settle Hainan's Mangrove Tree Resort. It is understood that the hotel will set up 60,000 square meters of gaming and lottery area and the average property price will reach about 26,000 RMB per square meter.
Early in January this year, the State Council said China would introduce international sports and entertainment activities and explore ways to promote local lottery and gaming industries.
Mangrove Tree Resort modified its design in response to this policy, and changed the 30,000 square meter functional areas in the original design into a gaming area. It is preparing to start construction of athletic sports venues, such as a greyhound racing stadium, as well as ball games and other venues where visitors can bet on games.
On February 3, the hotel President Zhang Baoquan said, the hotel is expected to start the sale of property on February 6 with the average price about 26,000 yuan per square meter. They will say no to real estate speculators from around the country and will not give too much discounts.
